Birthday Goofy Card - Candy Blog

It's Saturday!!!! Do you remember those days when you were little, when you know it's Saturday because Cartoons are on TV. Well, I still have that memory on some Saturday mornings. Brings back good feelings as a kid!..hehe.

Well, now until next Saturday, I'm wraffling off 2 Goofy Cards to anyone who can leave a comment on this post and sharing their memories of Saturday Mornings as a kid!

Here's another Goofy card in a landscape format. These cards were cased from the Stampin' Connection. I love the site so much. If you're a demonstrator and you're not yet connected, you're missing alot! It's one of the PERKS of being a demonstrator. It's like an explosion of ideas and samples of projects. Easy access to other discussions and business tips!

Instructions will be posted at my Stamp Club.

Valentine Ornament Tag

Hello, there again! So busy making projects, there is not enough time. This Valentine project share was made in one of those boring days..hahaha. Don't we have those days... I call it my "Blah Days". Anyway, to relieve myself from my "blah" time, I got my Full Heart Punch and started punching away and just started to put together this Ornament Tag!!! I punched 12 pieces of the Sending Love DSP (2 each on each paper since they come with designs on both sides). Then folded it lenght wise and started to assemble them to form this heart shape ornament. Just cut a piece of ribbon to loop it once and slit through the middle of the ornament. Add a "Spacer Bead" so that the ornament does not fall off. The twine just finishes the whole ensemble. It came out sooo cute. (Excuse me for the fray in the ribbon, I took the picture before cutting it out)..haha.

You can make this as a Gift Topper or a Gift Tag! So easy. BTW, it's also a perfect way to show off your new DSP, like a swatch!

Supplies Needed:
- DSP - Sending Love Specialty #117153 p.13 (OMC)
- Punch - Full Heart #113693 p.186 (IBC)
- Ribbon - Real Red #117286 p.27 (OMC)
- Hemp Twine #100982 p.183 (IBC)
- Spacer Beads- Pretties Kit - #109114 p.178 (IBC)(not featured in this project)

Ghirardelli Box favors

Hello, Stampies! I'm just so excited to show you this easy box I made in a jiffy! I cased this from "Mocha Memories" and I did a little bit of enhancement to the box!

Step 1: They call this box the 2-4-6-8 box where I used a 8-1/2" x 3-11/16" cardstock. Scored it crosswise at 2", 4", 6" and 8" then lengthwise at 1" and 2".

Step 2: I know you'll be asking, further, how to make these boxes. As I have given the initial cutting and scoring measurements, cut the part of the cardstock to come up with the illustration below:

Step 3: Assemble the box and you'll be needing 3 Ghirardelli Squares to hold the box together while you build the rest. Also, you'll be needing(two)2-1/2" CS squares (punch with ticket corners) for the top and bottom box cover.

Step 4: The DSP and Belly Band - You'll be needing a 2-1/4" DSP square (cut also with ticket corners) and adhere on top of the box. Then, cut a long CS piece (preferably 8-1/2" x 3/4"). There are NO scoring measurement since this is a custom box where NO boxes are alike.

Step 5: The little handle - made with a Round Tab Punch and a Horizontal Slot. Just fold the round tab tip outward and glue onto the box! Ain't that easy!
