No Camera!!!

Hi, Stampers! I'm soo sad today that my camera is no longer working. I was supposed to share with you my latest project for New Year! To my dismay, my camera died on me :(
Ugh....!!! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I'm still here and will continue to make these wonderful projects to share with you. Just hang in there while my new camera gets here.

Just to give you a sneak peak, I made some Milk Carton Boxes again using the new Stampin'Up Big Shot die! I love it now and can't stop making these cute cartons. Here is what Stampin Up' came up with!

Fill this cute milk carton with tasty treats. This new size Bigz L die measures 6" x 8-3/4" and can cut through paper, card stock, window sheets and vellum to create boxes. Use this die with standard or extended cutting pads. For best results, use with premium or extended crease pad.

So you can check it out soon. It will be Item#117310 from the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalogue, p.23

Reindeer Parade Punch Art - Candy Blog- Part 1

Hi, Everyone! This is a CANDY BLOG!!! If you want to win the REINDEER PARADE, (consist of Santa's 8 reindeers) Santa included, make a comment on the reindeer candy blog and become a follower of my blog! I'll be using an application to pick the winning number. I'll be announcing the winner by December 21st and mailing them to you on the 22nd!!!
Don't forget to make a comment AND become a follower of my blog!!! Both qualification rule will be applied!

I'm so excited to show you how I made this cute reindeer. For the next few days, towards Xmas, I'm presenting a Reindeer Parade for you. So tune in again for some Reindeer fashion..hehe.

As a gift to you, I put together a tutorial on how to make these cute creatures. It's something you won't want to miss so try it for size.

Instruction:
1. You'll be needing these punchers, in addition to a crop a dial:

2. First, use the Large Snowflake punch to get the reindeer's antlers. Punch 2 halves.

3. Punch "Creamy Caramel" Cardstock with the Wide Oval Punch and cut the 3rd stem from the snow flake.

4. Using your Crop A Dial, punch 2 holes (3/16" hole) for eyes and use 1/2" circle punch for the nose.

5.Using Boho Blossoms Punch (the small flower only), punch 2 pieces for ear muffs.

6. Then assemble the reindeer's head, isn't he cute!

7. Now the body, punch a Large Oval piece, a small oval piece, a 2 petal piece from the 5 petal punch (for the tail) and a scallop square (in different color as the reindeer's blanket stirrup)

8. Now assemble all pieces of the the body and attached to the head. He's getting cuter by the minute.

9. Now the legs, use your Big Shot Machine and your Bigz Bear die. Make 4 legs and 4 socks. (cut the socks low or half way with different color cardstock)

10. Attached the legs to the body and VIOLA!!! You have the cutest reindeer..hehe!

11. Don't forget a scarf. Use your 5/8" ribbons which makes a perfect scarf for the reindeer. I also put some pom poms on his shoes to make it look like elf shoes..hehe.
I also stamped an image on his blanket using the a stamp from the "Delightful Decorations" set.

My parade is set to go bigger now. MEET DASHER AND DANCER!!!

I couldn't resist putting Santa on the Parade. Hi, Santa!

Ornament Tag and More to it...

Hi! Today, I'd like to show you my Xmas Build A Bear Tag. I was inspired to use my Build A Bear dies and use the "Beary Merry" dies for the holiday spirit. With a little twist, I got small pom poms and glued it on the tip of the Santa Hat! It came out so cute and 3 dimensional.

What I love about this tag is it got me 3 things:
1. a Tag for your gifts
2. a Gift Card Holder(adhere half a scallop circle die at the back and stamp a "To/From" image.
3. Ornament Tag ( I decked it on my tree and it looks sooo cute and bright)

Christmas CD Holders

I made these CD holders as gifts to my relatives back home. They loved it so much and really appreciated the time and effort put into it! The CD was a burned CD of Andrea Bocelli's new Christmas CD called "My Christmas". My folks loved the CD and I couldn't resist sharing them to the rest of the family. I also created a playlist for the holder at the back.

Measurements: Cut Cardstock to 5-1/2" x 11", then fold in the middle
NOTE: I glued them on both sides so the CD will be secured inside and punched a half circle on top for easy access to CD.

Supplies Needed:
- Stamp: Dasher #116816 p.208 (IBC); Holidays and Wishes (Retired)
- Cardstock: Soft Suede #115318; Real Red #102482; Whisper White #100730 p.155-156 (IBC)
- DSP : Christmas Cocoa Specialty #116770 (Holiday Mini Catalogue)
- Ink: Soft Suede #11567; Real Red #102482 (IBC) p.155-156
- Punches: Scallop Oval Punch #114889; 1" Circle Punch #109046 p.186(IBC)

Holiday Craft Fair and Ideas

Hi, Ladies! Last week was a busy week for me and my friends. We had so much fun making items we could sell at Holiday Craft fair held outside the church last Sunday. I would like to thank my friends who invited me to their booth and had so much fun with them selling. Here are some ideas I would like to share with everyone if you're thinking of joining some Holiday Craft fairs this season..

Here are some Holiday Fancy Favor bags by Mayda!

Aileen made this beautiful grouping frame, decorated with DSP- Merry Moments #115672

Some Top Notes Treat bags by Denise and Lisa! They were also a hit selling them at $1 each!!!
Merry Tags made by Lisa are a hit too!

The chocolate nugget treats. Aileen made these with handmade square boxes to fit these yummy treats :) I made a similar one in tins too! I didn't get a chance to take the pictures because they sold out within an hour. Anyway, I'll try to remake them again for your viewing.

Candy Jars made by Mayda. The red covered jars with candy canes inside just made it so yummy inviting!! She sold them out too! BTW, notice she made a scallop edge below the jar! :)

One of my favorites. Aileen made cello bags of potpourri. All tagged and ribboned. Notice that you can make your own potpourri using wood sheets #116309 p.158, then use the Big Shot die SU! Flower Folds -#115970 p.201, to make a lovely shaped wooden flower and spice it up with your favorite oil scent!!!

Here are other items sold in the booth! Notice that we were selling Family Trees. We are taking orders for them now! So hurry before Xmas time runs out.

Here was what was left on my table..lol! I sold SU! retired stamps for a friend too! Notice that I had some Gift Card Purses on the left side of the picture. Those were the only ones left...lol! They were really a hit!! Thanks to Angie's blog. She taught me how to make them :)

If you were wondering what was my gift with purchase, I bought some $1 beannie toys (like cute dogs, bears and kitties) then decked it with ribbon, a jingle bell and the SU! Merry Embosslits #116820. They really helped in the sale! The qualifying purchase was $20 to get this cute beanies animals.

Here are cards I made for the fair! I made a Punch Art which I called "SNOWMAN BLISS". I placed them in the embossed cards which I stamped with snowflakes from the "CHRISTMAS PUNCH" Stamp Set (Hostess Level 2 Set). The arms of the snowman are made from the Jumbo Snowflake punch -#116628 p.186.

I will post my Snowman Bliss PUnch art in a seperate post with instructions. I also made the punch art as tags and they sold out !!!! I also placed these snowman punch arts as tags on the Nugget Tins I was selling. Sold out, too!! Gosh! Didn't really think it would be that popular! They made a perfect match with all the items on the table (like a theme)!
