Good Egg Baskets and More....

Hello, Ladies!!! It's been so much fun making these baskets, I can't stop! This time I used the Tea Party DSP with Pink Pirouette and Perfect Plum Card stock!!! Isn't it gorgeous!

I almost remembered that the Wide Oval Punch can be used as eggs so I went ahead and decorated them with the "Good Egg" Stamps. Boy, it was so much fun! Like decorating eggs. I used Very Vanilla CS to make it look like the egg shell color and used blender pens w/ inks on ink pad covers instead of aqua pens so the paper won't curl up to much. Then finished it up with Dazzling Diamonds! Don't forget to sponge the edge of each egg with Chocolate Chip Brown to give that dimension. Also used dimensionals to stick eggs onto the basket.

BASKET Details:
Cardstock: Pink Pirouette, Perfect Plum, Very Vanilla
DSP: Tea Party
Ink: Pacific Point Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun, Pretty in Pink, Kiwi Kiss, Lovely Lilac
Ribbon: Certainly Celery (SAB)
Tools: BigShot Box#2 Die, Large Oval Die, Wide Oval Punch (for eggs), Dazzling Diamonds, Blender Pens

Guess what!!! I was so inspired that I enjoyed making the eggs, I immediately boiled eggs and decorated them with the "Good Egg" stamp set!!! DOUBLE THE FUN!!!!

I used Chocolate Chip Brown Ink for the stamped image and used the blender pens with ink on the ink covers. The inks are safe, water based and non-toxic. Isn't that Great!!!. If you want to color the entire egg, use the sponging technique and it works so well like decorating your cards.

EGG DETAILS:
Stamp Set: Good Egg Stamp Set
Ink: Pacific Point Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun, Pretty in Pink, Kiwi Kiss, Lovely Lilac
Tools: Blender Pens

Easter Baskets

Hi, Stampers! It's basket time! I was making some SU Box#2 and I suddenly thought of putting them together. It came out so perfect. It looked like a utility box for tools as well as a basket. I immediately went to Target and got some goodies for it. TADA!!! Easter Baskets!

I got so inspired I used my Beautiful Butterflies die and Flower Layers w/Leaf die.
With the SAB DSP butterflies, I used popsicle sticks and glued them, used cream round pearls on it to add glamour. It can be used as a decorative stick or a bookmarker for use. With the flowers, noticed I used the flowers as ribbon holders. I stuck the ribbon knot into the middle of the flower. A nice tip!!!
BTW, the items used to decorate are from Target, notice the chick and the bunny. Aren't they cute!

I made another box with acetate! I couldn't resist and used the Flower Layers again and filled it with pastel colored Kisses. BTW, the "You're So Tweet" is from the stamp set "Goody- Goody Gumdrops" (Level 3 Hostess Set). I used the Chocolate Chip Marker to show the word images except for "S" of sweet and just wrote the letter "T"...hehe.

Basket, Basket, Basket

Making these baskets were a whim!!! All you need is SU! Box#2 Big Shot Die. Make 2 box dies and assemble them. Note: If you want to have them embossed using Texturz Template, do it before assembling the box)

Adhere the back of these boxes together (including the box flaps)with sticky strip then use Large Oval Punch to make a hole in the middle flap to make a handle.

Box Details:
SU Bigshot Die: Box#2 and Texturz Templates
Tools: Large Oval Punch and Sticky Strip
