Top Notes Die Bag Tutorial

Yes, I didn't forget! Here's the instruction for the Top Notes Die Bag I featured last week. This tutorial will be illustrated to you with some instructions in the photos. Please let me know if I've missed some steps or had not been clear in my instructions. Anyway, I hope you have fun making them.



Before scoring any of your Top Notes die, figure out which side should be scored. NOT all sides are scored.

Mojo Monday 104

Monday is here again! It's time for Mojo! I know how fast the days are going and I'm sure you know it too. I decided to make my Holiday cards as early as today. You'll be seeing samples using the Holiday Specialty Designer Series Paper from Stampin Up's Holiday Mini Catalogue! With the help of Mojo Monday, I'll be able to show you how creative you can be with SU's Papers. Here we go!!!

Halloween Night and Day

I just wanted to share with you how my friend Aileen had used her Night and Day DSP! When I saw this card, it just blew me away! So creative!!! Thanks for sharing Aileen!

Cardstock: Basic Black, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede(for branches), Crushed Curry(to stamp owl image)
Other Tools: Dazzling Diamond, 1-3/8" Circle Punch(for the moon), Scallop edge punch, Blender Pens

Top Notes Die - Gift Bag

I found myself cutting Top Notes Diecuts and suddenly remembereed seeing a Top Notes Die bag in the Success Magazine! I wondered how it would look like in person! I made a standing version of it. Well, it just succeeded my expectations. It's soooo gorgeous. I brought it to my Stamp Club and gave it as a gift to a Bday Celebrant! They were in awe! You won't regret making these! I also made a card to match the bag and couldn't resist attaching onto it instead of sealing it in an envelope. I'll post instructions to the bag later this week. I hope you like it.



Bag Details:
Cardstock: 3 pieces of 8-1/2" x 11" Melon Mambo (in color)
Other Tools: Big Shot Die Machine, Top Note Die, Basic Jumbo Grommets (silver), So Saffron grosgrain ribbon (retired, you can use any "In Color" ribbons), 1/2" circle punch (used for a hole for the grommets), Crystal Effects glue (dries fast and holds strongest)

Card Details: (size 5-1/2" x 4-1/4")
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry (for crimped cupcake base), Whisper White
Stamp: Birthday Wish (Dormant)
