Happy Heart Day - Part 1
While waiting for the "Love you Much" Stamp set, I've considered making a card using a dormant, yet popular set called "Happy Heart Day". Using watercolor pencil and blender pens, I had fun coloring the cute images. I also used dimensionals that just gave a little emphasis to the card.

SWEET CHRISTMAS
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL! By this time, we have already opened our gifts and drank our egg nogs and ate our Christmas traditional dinner. Who could pass up the Christmas sweets that just puts the icing on the cake and the cherry on top of the Holiday Celebration. I would like to share this Scrapbook page I've been working on. I used parts of the Ski Slope, Holiday Treasures and the Hawaiian Papaya DSP. I'm so happy to see that any combination from cross DSP sets go so well and coordinated with each other.
I love my Tear Bear and Marshmallow man, they go well together too. I used Dimensional Fabric Paint to give out that icing look on the GingerBread House. And of course, madly sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds to give that sugary look..hee. Makes you want to eat the page.

Christmas Oval Tags
Hi there! My last post of the Rudolph Xmas Cards had left me with dozens of Oval Red punch cardstocks. As I was putting them away, I just started to see some potentials. Well, here it is. I got the Punches Three "Merry Christmas" stamp and started to assemble these beautiful tags. I've been playing around the same motif of colors and they just came out gorgeous. I also used the "Do Not Open..." stamp from the Winter Post Set and it also turned out well. Feel free to design away with any of your favorite stamps and use Round Tab Punch to hold 2 ovals together. Don't forget to add "TO/FROM" stamp inside the tag!
Tag Details:
Cardstock: Chocolate chip Brown, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink: Chocolate Chip Brown, Real Red
Stamp Set: Punches Three, Winter Post
Other Details: Ribbon used is 5/8" Grossgrain Red (curled to the back and adhered with glue dots); Use the Round Tab punch to connect 2 ovals(front and back).
You will be needing these tools:
Hey look, you can also use it as a NAPKIN RING!!!

WINNERS of 12 Days of Christmas Blog
Congratulations to the WINNERS! Thank you for taking time to join the spirit of sharing! The winners were picked by my family and I'm glad to announce they've been good choices. Some emailed me with touching comments and shared their wonderful Christmas traditions and experiences. Ok Ok..... here we go.
Winners are (DRUM ROLL):
1st Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is CINDY AVERY. She describes Santa as:
S is for Sack totin'
A is for Angelic (for the kids behavior)
N is for Night of Wonder
T is for TOY bringin'
A is for Anticipation!
2nd Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is SHIRLEY K.
She has an American Indian Manger Scene and she had shared pics... one way or another, I can't seem to find it.. but I can ask for it again.
3rd Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is CINDY AVERY again... her true Christmas Story touched our hearts... here it is:
My most memorable Christmas Holiday was when I was 7, too! I was like the little kid in the movie "A Christmas Story" but instead of a BB Gun, I wanted a Chatty Kathy so bad.
We were not very well to do and it would be ridiculous to expect to get an expensive doll like that. My mother had taken a part time job while I was at school to earn extra money without telling me. I was so happy and surprised when I opened up that box with Chatty Kathy in it. It was so amazing that she did that for me. I will never forget it!
Cindi Avery
4th Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is HEIDI WRIGHT. Her wholesome tree reminded us what a Christmas Tree would be around our family when we where kids. It such a special memory... thanks Heidi for sharing your tree and here is her comment:
Our holiday tree is filled with children's ornamaments, handmade many of them. Some of the ornaments are from my childhood and my husbands as well. Then each time we travel somewhere we get a new ornament. So we have a lot of disney ornaments since we go to Disneyland often.
Someday I'll have a coordinated tree..but for now its fun to see popsicle stick ornaments hanging there that my kids have made!
5th Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is FRANCES YANG. Here is her comment on the Milk Cartons: I would put shredded paper on the bottom and put whatever small, light gifts (jewelry, gift cards, etc) in it. Since the boxes are so unique, nobody would ever be able to guess what is in them!!
6th to 10th Day of Christmas Candy Blog winner is SYDNEY MARIANO. She's 11 years old and she expressed that she would love to have these "ENJOY" tags for her gifts to her classmates and give the Recipe as a gift to her mom.
11th and 12th day of Christmas Candy Blog WINNERS are CECILIA SMET and PATTY BENNETT.
Winners of this candy blog were picked in a lottery.

Rudolph Card - 12th day of Christmas Blog
How's everybody doing these busy busy days? Have you send out your cards yet? For those last minute, last on the list cards to send, I've made this lovely Rudolph Card. I used the Reindeer from the Winter Post stamp set and used the real red marker to add on more details to make Rudolph as shown below.
As you can see I didn't use any ribbon. It would save you the cost of the stamp as it would come out rigid in your envelope (which cost more stamps). So this is a perfect card for that last minute list of cards to send. Just make a comment on this card or a suggestion, the winner will get 4 of these lovely cards. Winners will be announce on Dec 20th, tomorrow.
Card Details:
DSP: Holiday Treasures
Cardstocks: Real Red, Kiwi Kiss, Very Vanilla
Ink: Chocolate Chip Brown, Whisper White - Craft (for snowflakes)
Other Details: I used some red glitter on Rudolph's nose, the actual snowflake stamp was from a retired set (but you can use any snowflake stamp)

3rd Day of Christmas Candy Blog
It's the 3rd day of Christmas Candy Blog and it just gets interesting. I'm going to give away to the winner these set of 4 Snowman Cards! I used the Ski Slope DSP and was really glad that it came out well. I love the one with the swirly snowflake.
To win this set, you can leave an email about your most memorable holiday. It may be funny or jolly or weird or exciting. My most memorable one would be when I first saw Santa when I was 7.... yep, 7... Santa came and surprised us all in a family gathering and gave out gifts. Of course, I really thought he was Santa and I froze everytime he came. We had that tradition for years until all of the kids grew up and took turns posing as Santa to surprise the kids of the next generation. Ho, Ho, Ho! My favorite Christmas decoration is the "Parol". It's a Filipino decoration shaped like a star which is usually placed outside a home. The decoration is usually made of different materials, like colored japanese paper or Capiz shell, made to look like a star then lighted with small bulbs inside for illumination.

Reindeer Poop Treats
Hi! We will be having a Christmas Craft Fair this weekend and here's one of the items we're selling. This is a very popular treat as many would know. Many demonstrators have made their own versions and here is mine. It took me 15 minutes to make a dozen as soon as I've gathered all the tools, cardstocks and made the matted poems.
You will need the following tools:
CARDSTOCK: Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Whisper White, Close to Cocoa
Measurements: Ribbon cut at 5", use BigShot Top Notes die or 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" CS
Addl Notes: I used just regular printer paper and had no measurements for the poem. Then matted it with "Close to Cocoa" CS. Used Real Red Marker for the red nose.
Ribbon Tip: I folded the ribbon lengthwise (for thinner ribbon, tied a knot once and glued it on the bottom of the tag.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Visit my blog and my Stampin Up Website! Thanks for looking!

Ornament Tag/ Treat
Hi, I'm back! Today, I'd like to teach you how to make this Unique Ornament Tag. I gave this to a friend and she couldn't wait to put it on her tree. I suggest to serve the treat on Christmas day! It's a good way to stash your sweet Chocolate Peppermint Patties. As soon as you eat your chocolates, you can keep the Ornament as a tag or a bookmarker! What a multi-purpose Xmas Treat and easy to make!!!
This is my second video and I had to shorten it as much as I can. Have fun making it!
CARDSTOCKS: Whisper White, Riding Hood Red, Chocolate Chip

Jingle all the Way - RUB ONS - Part 1
Hi! I know that's it's just thanksgiving but I can't help getting ahead to the Christmas Spirit. I made this frame as a gift to a friend of mine who hosted a stamp camp party. It just fits her whole ensemble on the corner of her lovely living room. She even put a stand on it. Here is closer look at the bottom where I filled the frame with small and medium bells. Frame size is 10" x 12".
Like Patty's frame I used the medium Park Avenue Balls and the medium "Jingle Bells" Rub-On. I also used the Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla Ribbon.
DSP: Chocolate Chip DSP and the Bella Rose DSP
Other Note: I had to use a gold backing punched with the Large Scallop Die to emphasize the "Jingle Bells all the Way" title. I also used 10" x 20" frame and a vine of bells which may be purchase in a craft store.
Please let me know if you have any questions or order in my Stampin UP website.
RUB-ONS are now on sale for 20% off with purchases of $20 or more. So hurry and get yours before November 30th!

Thanksgiving Favors
Hi! It's me again! Here is part 2 of the Thanksgiving Table accessories. To give the guest a little something to take home, I made these cute favors. Yes, the pillow boxes. You may find them in any office supply store. They're called "Clear Binding Cover" for presentation books or meeting materials. They come in 25 sheets (very reasonably priced), they're safer too. One sheet will make 4 pillow boxes. The best thing about the plastic is that it's easy to handle and holds its folds. It's not flimsy. I just adhered it with sticky tape to hold it strong.
DSP: Hawaii Papaya (I had a lot of scraps and it still expresses the autumn colors)
You'll be needing these tools:
Other Notes: The ribbons used may be found in craft stores. Buy a whole bulk of chocolate covered raisins in Cosco, it's cheaper and chocolates are shinier. They won't stick onto the plastic. I'm not too happy about chocolates sticking. Check out napkin ring instructions.
Here is my Blog.
Thanksgiving Dinner Accessories - Napkin Ring
We just had Thanksgiving dinner in our church and I had to come up with a quick and easy napkin ring. It was so simple it just got compliments on our table.
Cardstock: Kiwi Kiss
You may need the following tools to make this:
Other Notes: The ribbon I used may be found in a craft store. It's wine red. It really just brought out the kiwi kiss. If you can use real napkins, it'll be fabulous specially on white plates!

Holiday Box Galore
Hello again! We just had a fabulous time making boxes this weekend in Stamp Class and couldn't resist making many tags and band closures for them. Here are other possible ideas.
Cardstock and DSP:
Real Red, Riding Hood Red, Chocolate Chip, Kraft, Gable Green, Pretty in Pink, Brillant Blue with Yoyo Yellow (for a little boy's bday party). Don't forget the Chocolate Chip DSP for the band closures
Stamps:
Deer Friends Set, Best Yet Set
My friend and host, Mayda, prepared homebaked goodies for us and we can't wait to fill the boxes with her delicious treats.Pecan Truffles, Chocolate Fudge Truffles, and Brownies. BTW, she sells them too. We're now ready for our Holiday Giveaways!
