12 Tags of Christmas 2013 - Tag 2

First of all, thank you so much for greeting me back here, my blog friends. Creations on Paper would not be what it is today without you guys.
As most of you know, my favorite tools would be punch and die cuts. I'm also thankful to Stampin' Up! that I can get them in one place. And I'm still continuing to do so!
Remember the Build-A-Bear BigShot Dies? Yes, you can still bring them out and play with them! Just get a cut of your Holiday ribbon and use your favorite caption stamps.. Viola!!! TAGS GALORE!!! BTW, I used the Pennant punch to get my glitter paper triangles and used my itty bitty punch again for the Santa Hat!!! The girly shoes you see here was also a Build-A-Bear accessory die that came separately.
So cute, huh!!! One of my rules during the holidays is use GLITTER! GLITTER! EVERYWHERE!!...
To My dear Carol Carriveau, you are always so sweet to me. I'm so lucky to have you as a friend :)

Bear Day Cards - Big Shot Die

Today was a good day to make bear cards and I just added on some small features on my bears.
As you will notice, the eyes of these bears will have some highlights on them as well as the noses. It's just White Gel Pens! After adhering the brown or black cardstock behind the eye and nose holes, mark them with white gel pens. Just make the dots on the upper side of the eye and draw a curve underneath the eye. This will give you a cute expression on the bears eyes. You may also draw some lashes with black pen.

On this card, I made 2 cutie bears side by side. They can be Best Friends, Mom and Daughter pair or Sisters. Even if they do not fit a regular size card (4-1/4" x 5-1/2"), they still look so cute. ( I also embossed the background)

This bear may be for Valentines Day but I choose to have it as a Birthday card, ain't she cute!
